REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

BANAFSHE RETURN POLICY

 

Returns Period

  • A full refund will be issued if the item is returned within 14 days of delivery. Circumstances (e.g., illness, travel, etc.) do not extend the 14 days.
  • The item must be returned in its packaging and tags ( if applicable.)
  • The item should be returned in a resellable condition.
  • If you find there is any damage upon delivery, inform us within 24 hours. ( sales@banafshe.co.uk.)

Accessories & Variations 

  • Accessories might vary in colour, size or quantity due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • These variations are not considered defects.
  • Outfits can still be returned within 14 days, but accessory differences do not qualify as a reason for return.

 

Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. We only advertise available stock, and processing begins immediately after purchase.  
  • Unused items can be returned within 14 days under our standard returns policy.

Disputed or Missing Deliveries

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately within 24 hours.  
  • Check with neighbours or household members first. If the parcel is stolen, a police crime reference number is required for an insurance claim.  
  • Investigations by the delivery company may take 1–4 weeks, during which refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

Postage Costs
- Buyers cover return postage costs.
